An experienced problem solver and security professional with more than forty years involved in Policing, Military activity or Commercial Security.
This has encompassed leading large teams of detectives at senior level in managing all aspects of crime from Fraud to Burglary or Prevention, overseeing Public Safety as the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey, overseas deployment in Iraq and Afghanistan as both an Army Reserve officer specialising in CBRN or as a senior police advisor and also as a senior civilian advisor working up to Government level advising on approaches to security.
Most recently his commercial experience has varied from providing security advice to one of the most prestigious hotel groups in the World to advising individual high net worth clients on their personal and family security.

Consistently providing best practices tailored to the environment, and in line with corporate organization identiy to reduce risks. A motivational and Inspirational security and risk manager with huge experience of working in highly pressurised and hostile environments.
